Simon Nice! Here's another - egg pasta. Idea for a quick meal with carbs and protein! Just boil your pasta in the usual way, drain then put a little oil in the bottom of the pan you just used and crack in an egg. Scramble it, then throw the pasta back in, along with some Italian herbs and pepper and it's ready!
Kate Do you have any souffle recipes that you've tried and are easy to make? I will start googling some souffle recipes, but it'd be nice to find one that someone that tested a recipe already, especially for something that looks fancy and complicated!
Graeme Sandlin Sure! I like to use this recipe for the puff pastry: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/puff-pastry-2/ Once that dough is made, simply wrap your chosen ingredients into the pastry to create a "pie." Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or so until the pastry is golden brown. For added flavor, baste the pastry with butter about halfway through. Cooking times may vary based on how big you make your pie. Let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving!
